The white Ford Fiesta
POLICE have recovered a stolen car which officers saw parked in Tyldesley.
Officers from Tyldesley, Astley and Mosley Common Neighbourhood Team were out on Friday night on a burglary operation when they came across a white Ford Fiesta parked on Kermishaw Nook.
Checks on the car showed it be an outstanding vehicle stolen from Brook Drive within the previous 24 hours.
Police inquiries are ongoing into the theft and the car has been returned to its owner.
