SAINTS have recalled three-quarter Josh Simm from his loan spell at Hull FC.
With Regan Grace suffering a season-ending ruptured Achilles, and Danny Hill, his replacement last week, damaging his shoulder, Saints are short in the backline with Will Hopoate and Mark Percival also currently sidelined.
The growing absentee list means Kristian Woolf has already recalled Sam Royle from his initial two week loan with Hull KR.
He has now been forced to recall Josh Simm ahead of potentially going up against the club he has scored two tries in four appearances for since joining on loan, including the winner against Hull KR on his debut at Magic Weekend.
Ahead of Sunday’s trip to Hull FC (3pm), Sione Mata’utia will return to the squad after serving his three match suspension.
