A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been charged following the death of a dad-of-six last year.
Gareth Roper was found collapsed on Lily Lane, Bamfurlong, following a collision with a car in the early hours of January 1, 2022.
When emergency services arrived, the 35-year-old dad's death was confirmed at the scene.
Following a police investigation into the incident, a man was arrested on three counts on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

Jamie Evans, 30, of Wigan Lower Road in Standish-Lower-Ground, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 31.
