A BOY been charged with murder following the death of Paul Marsh.
Mr Marsh, 49, was found seriously injured after police were called at about 6pm on Friday, November 17 to an address on Samuel Street in Atherton.
Police say that despite the best efforts of the emergency services, he passed away a short time later.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested at the weekend and has since been charged with murder.
He was remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Youth Court on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
Detectives are still appealing for information.
