AN inquest has opened into the death of a patient who died in a mental health hospital in Warrington.
Amsheza Musaj, 25, was found locked in her bedroom at Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington Coroners’ Court heard on Wednesday.
Staff tried to remove an obstruction from her throat on July 14, last year the court heard.

Paramedics attended and ‘despite attempts at cardiopulmonary resuscitation’ (CPR), Miss Musaj sadly died.
Area coroner said the case would be reviewed on March 31.
The inquest is set to be heard on February 17, 2025.
