DRIVERS face long delays across the town centre this morning, Wednesday.
Roadworks on Chester Road are causing heavy congestion.
Vehicles are queuing on all the main roads.

Traffic is slow in both directions from Park Lane in Higher Walton to the Daresbury Expressway.
There has also been a crash close to Park Lane.
