A CAR caught fire in Appleton this morning.
Firefighters tackled a burning vehicle on Bernard Avenue in Appleton at 7.15am on Friday.
Crews using a hose reel jet extinguished the flames.

Firefighters checked the vehicle with a thermal imaging camera for hot spots before leaving the scene.
One fire engine from Stockton Heath attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
