THERE was much confusion last night as the air ambulance landed in the middle of Bradford city centre.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance's emergency helicopter was spotted hovering above City Park at around 8.45pm on Tuesday before it came to a stop in The Mirror Pool.
Onlookers began to gather round as the emergency vehicle remained stationary and it appeared nobody got out.
A member of the public who was at The Alhambra, Bradford - just across the road - said they saw the air ambulance landing and were confused as to what was happening.
Another person filmed the helicopter coming down and watched on as it stayed put for around 25 to 30 minutes.
The air ambulance then lifted off from the ground and left.
The Telegraph & Argus has contacted Yorkshire Air Ambulance and West Yorkshire Police for details.
