POLICE seized a vehicle in Leigh being allegedly driven by a motorist without a licence or insurance.
Officers allege they noticed the driver of the vehicle driving while using his phone on Atherleigh Way, Leigh.

Police allege that after the vehicle was stopped, the driver was found to not have a licence or insurance.
In a statement on Tuesday, May 7, police said the driver was reported in connection with the alleged offences and the vehicle has been seized.
