Every week, the Leigh Journal publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have passed away.
As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 26.
Beloved wife of Colin.
Much loved mum to Julie, Colin and the late Janet and Paul.
A loving nanna to Nicola, Emma, Duncan, Jordan and Jack.
Great-nanna to Ryan, Callum, Connor, Amber, Declan and Isla.
Great-great-nanna to Delilah and Theo.
Carol will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Funeral Service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on May 30 at 10am followed by committal at Howe Bridge Cemetery at 11am.

Christine Fletcher
Peacefully on April 28 at The Royal Bolton Hospital at the age of 83 years.
Loving mum to Stephen and Jonathan.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
Her funeral will take place on May 20 at Boothstown Methodist Church, Chaddock Lane, Worsley at 1.45pm followed by the committal at Howe Bridge Crematorium, Lovers Lane, Atherton at 3.00pm.
