THE Met Office has forecast a mix of sunshine, rain, and clouds for Leigh this weekend.
Friday will start with overcast skies, but these will clear to sunny intervals by late morning, with a top temperature of 10C.
Rain is likely early in the morning at 6am, but this drops to less than 5 per cent by the afternoon.
By midday, the weather is expected to be sunny and dry, before cooling to 7C in the evening with clear skies.
The night will stay clear and dry, with a chilly 6C.
Saturday promises a clear and sunny morning, but clouds will increase from the late afternoon.
The morning starts colder at 4C, rising to about 8C by midday.
It will stay dry through the afternoon, but rain will become more likely with a 40 per cent chance by the evening, continuing into the night.
Sunday will be mostly overcast throughout the morning.
With temperatures around 10C to 11C, rain will start in the late morning with a 50 to 60 per cent chance, and will persist lightly through to the night.
A high temperature of 12C is expected in the afternoon, while it will be around 11C in the early evening.
