A HOUSEBUILDER is launching a new development of family homes on the suburban outskirts of Manchester city centre.
Taylor Wimpey has announced 138 new properties at Bridgewater Place in Mosley Common.
It is hosting a launch event at Albert’s Worsley on April 25 and 26.
Visitors will have the chance to meet the sales team and learn about exclusive pre-showhome prices for the first plots released.
Rachel Barber, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: "We’re looking forward to launching our newest development, Bridgewater Place, this year in Mosley Common.
"We’re excited to be building in a new area and can’t wait to welcome our first buyers to the development.
"We encourage anyone interested in making the move to Mosley Common to visit Albert’s Worsley on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of April and meet our knowledgeable sales team."
Bridgewater Place will offer a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes designed to meet modern energy efficiency standards.
Features in the homes will include solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, triple glazing and water waste heat recovery systems.
The development is aimed at first-time buyers and families.
It will also include a children’s play area and a network of footpaths for pedestrians and cyclists.
Located on the suburban outskirts of Manchester city centre, Bridgewater Place benefits from excellent transport links via major roads and bus routes.
It is also close to Walkden train station.
The area offers a range of amenities, including schools, restaurants, leisure centres, golf courses and natural spots of beauty ideal for walks.
The launch event will take place in the Harold Riley Room at Albert’s Worsley, just off East Lancashire Road, from 11am to 4pm.
Guests will be able to learn about exclusive pre-showhome prices for the first plots released and connect with the sales team.
This event takes place ahead of the opening of the on-site sales office and showhome.
