Pollen levels will be low.
Overall, temperatures in Leigh will start very warm on Friday before easing back to the mid-teens through the rest of the Bank Holiday weekend, leaving it feeling fresher but still seasonable by Monday.
The wettest period will be Sunday, with persistent light rain and high shower probabilities, while Friday and Saturday will be mainly dry with only scattered showers, and Monday will look mostly dry again.
Winds will stay generally light, with the breeziest conditions linked to Sunday’s rain and Monday’s slightly stronger westerly gusts.
For outdoor events and travel, Friday and much of Saturday will offer the best conditions, with Monday also looking decent, but Sunday’s frequent light rain could lead to some surface water and slower journeys at times, especially in the morning and early afternoon.
