Leigh Journal readers can vote for their favourite club by collecting tokens printed in the paper and dropping the tokens off at branded collection points around Leigh. There’s no need for clubs to register their interest.

James, added: “There is already so much buzz about the World Cup and we hope this competition will shine a light on the great work these clubs are doing day in and day out inspiring Leigh’s young people and bringing the community together.

“Here at the LSV, we aim to be the number one venue for health, education, sports and events and are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to the grassroots teams on our doorstep.”
