A SENIOR site manager has been recognised for his work in delivering high-quality new homes.
Ryan Brunt, based at Bellway’s Trilogy development in Tyldesley, has been named among the winners of this year’s National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Awards.
The awards are considered some of the most prestigious in the industry, with only 449 site managers selected out of 7,500 inspected.
Mr Brunt said: "It is a great achievement for the team and me here at Trilogy.
"There is a high level of expectation from the NHBC, so winning this award is testament to the hard work we deliver daily and a customer focus at all times."
Mr Brunt has previously won both a Quality Award and a Seal of Excellence.
This year, a total of seven site managers from Bellway’s Manchester division received the honour.
The Trilogy development, overseen by Mr Brunt, offers a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
Tom Chadwick, construction director at Bellway Manchester, said: "Huge congratulations to our successful site managers who have won Pride in the Job Quality Awards this year.
"They have all shown absolute dedication to meeting the rigorous standards required by the NHBC judges and have also inspired their site teams to share the Pride in the Job ethos, which is vital to achieve this award."
The NHBC awards are now in their 45th year and involve a detailed judging process, including checks on leadership, technical expertise, attention to detail, and health and safety.
Winners move forward to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards, to be announced later in the year.
Mr Brunt said: "Having won the award previously, this time posed differing challenges to achieve success due to the large numbers of houses we have had to deliver comparably, while remaining true to Bellway’s high standards with our Trilogy team.
"Of course, I am incredibly proud to have led this and am equally so pleased that we could deliver such outcome for our business.
"It’s a superb accolade and I’m thrilled to have received another Pride in the Job award."
