A POPULAR farm has announced that tickets are now on sale for its 'Pick of the Patch' pumpkin event.
Farmer Bertie's in Glazebury will be holding a Halloween-themed pumpkin extravaganza this October, with tickets required for the special weekend event, which is new for 2026.
Taking place on October 10 and 11, their website states: "You can be the first to access the pumpkin field to hunt for the best pumpkins!"
The patch will be open as normal on October 17 and 18, and then from October 24 through October 31, with no tickets required.
"Wander through the fields and pick your perfect pumpkin - big, small, warty, or weird - all grown right here on the farm," their website reads.
"No plastic displays or supermarket shelves, just real pumpkins, fresh from the soil and ready to take home for carving, decorating, or baking.
"Kids will love hunting for their favourite shape, spotting friendly Halloween props, and getting a little muddy in the process - while parents enjoy the crisp autumn air, countryside views, and a relaxed seasonal outing."
Food and drink will also be available on site.
