GMP is now appealing to anyone who travelled on the 247 at the time and remembers seeing Lillia to come forward.
Officers are also asking anyone with CCTV or Ring doorbell footage which could be relevant to the investigation to contact police.
Anyone who has had contact or conversations with Lillia since she was reported missing is also urged to get in touch.
GMP said: “Lillia – if you see this appeal – please know that your family love you, miss you, and just want to know that you are safe.
“You are not in any trouble. They simply want you to come home.”
A Major Incident Public Portal has been set up where members of the public can submit information to police.
