Protesters against the controversial congestion charge for Greater Manchester will be meeting at Leigh Miners Welfare on Tuesday, July 15.
Speakers include Cllr. Jack Fagan, of the Community Action Party, who is also a member of the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority; CAP leader and former Wigan Councillor and GMPTA member Peter Franzen; and Atherton’s Independent Councillor Bob Splaine.
Chairing the meeting will be former Leigh TUC president, Stephen Hall, from Atherton.
