THE Atherton Division of SSAFA Forces Help is seeking more ex-service people to help.
The leading national charity committed to helping and supporting those who have served in the armed forces and their families has fully trained staff and volunteers waiting to offer assistance to those in need.
They can provide practical and financial aid, emotional support and a wide range of services which can make a difference to lives.
National servicemen and reservists are included.
The Atherton branch is based at 5, Brunswick Street, Leigh, and covers Atherton, Leigh, Tyldesley, Astley, Lowton, Golborne and parts of Hindley. The office is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to noon.
