The latest movie in the Halloween series is due to come out on October 15th 2021 and with 11 movies in the franchise, fans want to know how to watch them all.

The slasher movies follow Michael Myers, a masked murderer, his sister Lauria Strode and psychiatrist Dr Loomis.

All of the films are currently available to stream on Netflix UK.

Halloween (1978)

Directed by John Carpenter and starring Jamie Lee Curtis, the first film in the franchise tells the story of a mental patient who escapes from a hospital and stalks a female babysitter.

Halloween II (1981)

This film picks up directly from the previous one, where Michael Myers follows survivor Laurie Strode to the local hospital, while his psychiatrist Dr. Loomis continues his pursuit of him.

Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982)

This is the only film in the series that doesn’t feature antagonist Michael Myers. It moves away from the slasher genre of the previous films and has themes of sci-fi and witchcraft instead.

Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988)

After his absence from Halloween III, Michael Myers returns to screens after being in a coma. He looks to kill his niece Jamie Lloyd and is once again pursued by Dr Loomis.

Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989)

Michael Myers returns with his scary character, also known as The Man in Black, to pursue his niece Jamie who had been institutionalised for trying to murder her foster mother.

Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995)

The sixth film in the series is also set six years after Halloween 5. It follows Michael Myers stalking Laurie Strode’s cousins and the seemingly immortal Dr Loomis pursuing him once more.

Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998)

Jamie Lee Curtis makes a reappearance as post-traumatic Laurie Strode, who has faked her own death to hide from Michael Myers.

It follows Michael Myers streaming a live internet horror show from his old childhood bedroom and his continuous murderous rampage.

Halloween (2007)

This is a remake of the 1978 film with an all-new cast. Viewers watch as Michael Myers stalks Laurie Strode and her friends on Halloween night.
