I am trying to trace my grandfather Albert Kelley, b.October 22, 1893, in Baldingstone, Walmersley, Bury, son of Mary Kelley.
Mary was one of seven children born to Patrick and Catherine Kelley.
He married Sarah Harrison on August 7, 1915, at the Independent Chapel, now Greenmount United Reformed Church, Tottington.
They had one son Samuel Harrison Kelley (my father) b. January 26, 1916, in Bury.
At sometime Albert and Sarah split up and the whereabouts of Albert and what became of him are a mystery to this day.
I would be very pleased to make contact with anyone who knows anything about Albert or the Kelley family.
