LEIGH Centurions player Jacob Emmett has been suspended for one match and fined £100 after an RFL Disciplinary Tribunal found him guilty of two Grade A punching offences in the 28th and 35th minute of a Kingstone Press Championship match against Halifax at The Shay on Sunday April 13.
The following players were also suspended after submitting Early Guilty Pleas:
Gil Dudson (Wigan Warriors) – one-match ban for a Grade B shoulder charge (secondary contact with head) on Bradford Bulls player Danny Addy in the 73rd minute of their home game on Monday April 21.
Scott Moore (London Broncos) – one-match ban for a Grade B high tackle on Hull FC player Liam Colbon in the 3rd minute of their away game on Monday April 21
Tony Tonks (Halifax) – one-match ban for a Grade B punching offence in the 35th minute of their Kingstone Press Championship home game against Leigh Centurions on Sunday April 13
Paul Mennell (Halifax) – Loses the right to submit an Early Guilty Plea in the next 12 months after admitting Grade A punching in the. 28th minute of their Kingstone Press Championship home game against Leigh Centurions on Sunday April 13
Sean Penkywicz (Leigh Centurions) – Loses the right to submit an Early Guilty Plea in the next 12 months after admitting Grade A punching in the 28th minute of their Kingstone Press Championship away game against Halifax on Sunday April 13
Sam Barlow (Leigh Centurions) – Loses the right to submit an Early Guilty Plea in the next 12 months after admitting Grade A punching in the 52nd minute of their Kingstone Press Championship away game against Halifax on Sunday April 13
