Atherton Colls 5 Daisy Hill 3
COLLS returned to the North West Counties League First Division summit on Friday with their ninth win in as many games.
Mark Truffas chipped in to open the scoring and Colls were ahead at half time when Mark Battersby converted a penalty after the visitors had netted one of their own.
Kris Holt increased Colls' lead after the interval, before Jake Foster replied.
But a club record NWCFL crowd of 607 would not be disappointed, as Truffas and Battersby scored either side of a Michael Gervin reply.
Only the 2007 game versus FC United played at Hilton Park has beat Friday's figure.
The Colls under 18s team won 3-0 at Barnton in their NWYA Divsion Two game. The goal scorers were Gareth Roberts, two, and Ahmed Sulay.
