TABLE toppers Atherton Colls easily saw off the North West Counties League First Division’s bottom side.
Wes Bancroft opened the scoring after James Brooks’ effort was deflected into his path, with Matt Boland’s chip doubling Colls’ lead shortly after.
Mark Trufas made it three before half time with a curling effort from a tight angle and Ben Hardcastle continued the scoring after the interval.
Oldham offered little resistance, and Kristian Holt completed the rout late on to make it 11 wins on the bounce for Michael Clegg’s outfit.

Colls marched on in the Men United Cup at the expense of Premier Division outfit Ashton Athletic.
Hardcastle put the visitors ahead when he latched onto Boland’s pass, but it took until the hour for Colls to double their lead through Mark Battersby.
Colls made sure of their progression late on when Jordan Cover chased a long ball forward before chipping the goalkeeper.
