LEIGH'S Ryan Brierley suffered an horrendous eye injury in last night's defeat at Leeds.
He needed surgery this morning to fix the horrific damage.
Last night coach Kurt Haggerty said: "He has a really nasty cut on the inside of his eye and every time he blinks it opens back up. We need to get get him over to the hospital and get him sewn up."
Today Brierley tweeted images of the repair job.
