Young people being treated for life-limiting conditions went on a golden bus trip organised by a Kingston-based charity.
Children and their parents braved the wet weather on Saturday to enjoy a picnic in East Molesey, which included the chance to meet some real-life owls.
A dozen children who are either undergoing cancer treatment or who are in remission enjoyed the trip organised by Momentum.
After lunch the families were transported by the gold-themed bus to Hampton Court.
The trip was organised in support of September's Go Gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month campaign.
