WARRINGTON residents are invited to work out at the home of the Warrington Wolves on this year's National Fitness Day.

Next Wednesday, September 26, LiveWire will host two circuit-based 'Fit To Tackle' sessions at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.

The sessions will offer people the chance to enjoy a group circuit based fitness class, which caters for all ages and fitness abilities.

National Fitness Day is an annual campaign that celebrates the fun of fitness and physical activity, while highlighting the benefits that leading an active lifestyle can have on our overall health.

Neil Morley, senior LiveWire advisor, said: “We're thrilled to be supporting National Fitness Day.

"At LiveWire, we are always looking for new ways to motivate people to try new things and inspire them to live an active lifestyle, and National Fitness Day has become an incredible platform for doing so.

“We would like to encourage as many residents as possible to join us on Wednesday, September 26, at 7pm or 8pm for a Fit To Tackle circuit-based session at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.

"This will be a fantastic fun event which caters for all ages and fitness abilities.

"Come along and join us in supporting the efforts to inspire physical activity across the nation on National Fitness Day.”

Participants will be encouraged to donate £2 to raise money for St Rocco’s Hospice in Bewsey.

LiveWire is now the largest provider of leisure facilities within Warrington and tries to ensure communities have access to facilities and activities.
