David Maguire
A MAN has been found "safe" after an appeal was launched to locate him yesterday, Monday.
David Maguire, from Wigan, went missing after last being seen close to the Miller and Carter restaurant in Lowton.
Police confirmed this morning, Tuesday, that he has been found "safe".
