JOHN (JACK) HITCHEN Who died whilst in hospital on the 14th November 2014 aged 93 years. The beloved husband of the late Eileen. A very dear dad, grandad and great-grandad. Jack will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service and cremation took place on the 25th November 2014 at Howe Bridge Crematorium. Donations if desired to The Alzheimers' Society. The family would like to thank all the staff at Laburnum Court Care Home, Salford and to Dr Fox and her team at Salford Royal for their kind care and attention. The family would also like to thank Paul Dainton Funeral Directors for their dignified arrangements.
