JOAN HART Suddenly, but peacefully on 12th June 2018. JOAN Aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Brian and a much loved mum, nanna, great grandma and good friend to many who will be very sadly missed. The Funeral Service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Thursday 5th July 2018 at 3.15pm. Flowers welcome or donations if preferred to The British Heart Foundation c/o the family.
