STEFAN CZUPLAK In memory of Stefan Czuplak who passed away peacefully on 8th March 2018 aged 91. The family wish to thank all his friends and work colleagues who attended his funeral and for the kind donations to Heart Research which totalled A special thanks to Father Andrew Choma and Sister Bernadette for conducting the service at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Leigh, and Howe Bridge Crematorium. Also thanks to Sankey & Monks for their professionalism and personal touch to the arrangements . And thanks to Kenco's Experience for the great food and use of facilities.'
