CARTER Arthur The family of the late Arthur Carter wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, letters, floral tributes and donations to Alzheimer's UK and The British Heart Foundation. Thanks to the doctors and staff at Royal Bolton Hospital for their care of Arthur. Special thanks to Rev Tracy and Rev Hannah for a beautiful service and all the staff at Abbey Funeralcare Atherton for the funeral arrangements.
