Golborne couple set up businesses together

A COUPLE are opening two businesses in Golborne despite the ongoing troubles in the economy.

Emma Done, 26, and Adam Reid, 25, will open Kaleidoscope Parties and Quickstep Leaflet Distribution in Heath Street on December 17.

The couple – who met in Blackpool while working at the Pleasure Beach – are party planners and will team up with other local businesses to provide a one-stop shop for special occasions.

“Adam is great with small children and literally brings the house down with his magic show,” said Emma.

Father Christmas will be stopping by on December 17 to meet children at the opening of Kaleidoscope Parties, which was named after the couple’s four-year-old daughter Kaleigh.
