A TYLDESLEY man who beat up a woman has been sent to prison.
Sean Brian Aldred, 40, of Birch Street, was given 14 weeks in jail after pleading guilty to the offence under section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
He was also ordered to pay £115 to fund victim services.
