YOUTHS have started fires in the bandstand at Leyland Park in Hindley.
Police Community Support Officers and firefighters attended on Tuesday evening following reports from the public of youths setting fires in the bandstand.
Greater Manchester Police said that suspects have been identified with the help of the public.
They also said: "Local residents thanked police and fire for their quick response."
