PLANS have been submitted to Wigan Council to convert a pub into a block of apartments.
A change-of-use application has been made to turn The Balmoral on Atherton Road in Hindley into nine apartments.
A neighbourhood consultation is cuurently in place until Saturday, June 16.
A decision on the move is expected to be made on July 6.
