LEIGH Centurions Senior Academy have won the First Division Minor Premiership following an eight try success at York.
The City Knights were industrious opponents throughout but were eventually outgunned 46-12 by a classy Centurions outfit.
Martin Ainscough (2), Lee Gittins (2), Sean Richardson (2), Dan MacDonald and John Cookson scored tries with Ian Mort weighing in with seven goals which take him to 61 for the season.
York responded with tries of their own from John Waldron and Liam Watling with Andy Gargan completing the score with two goals.
The Centurions are now face Halifax at Hilton Park with the winners of that clash marching straight through to the Grand Final
