A MAN has pleaded not guilty to wounding his brother-in-law following a dog attack.
Geoffrey Seaborn, aged 55, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday accused of unlawfully wounding Guiseppe Vanchieri on New Year's Eve last year.
Mr Vanchieri suffered puncture wounds to his arm following the alleged attack by a Staffordshire bull terrier.
Seaborn, of Navigation House, Siddow Common, Leigh, was further remanded on bail to await his trial, expected to last two days, beginning on September 1.
Conditions of his bail include not approaching the victim or entering Lindisfarne Avenue, Lowton.
