EAST under 15s travelled to Westhoughton in what was their toughest game so far and it was the visitors that came out on top after trailing 12-10 at half time to win 12-32.
Tries from East came from Josh Grimes, two, Brad Whelan, two, Danny Surridge and Jack Kirkpatrick, with James Hall kicking four goals.

EAST struggled to handle the strong Shevington attack in a game that saw them go out of the cup competition.

TWO very evenly-matched sides battled it out try for try, showing some excellent rugby skills but also witnessing East have two tries disallowed.
Tries for East came from Dylan Gregson, who scored four with two of them being full length efforts, Josh Hopkins, two, and a try being scored by a Burtonwood player who played for East.
