Pirates get new sponsor
ATHERTON-based FootPrints Day Nursery have been named the sponsors of newly-formed Pennington Pirates under eights football team, who kick off their first season in the Bolton & Bury league this weekend.
The team have only played a handful of games so far since being formed from the club's growing Academy.
Pennington Football Club focuses on the players having fun, learning and developing skills within a team sport.
