MICKY Higham is to turn back the clock by playing in an amateur game in Leigh.

The 34-year-old has been given permission by his club Warrington Wolves to take part in a match in his home town between Leigh Miners Rangers and Leigh East – Higham’s two former clubs – as part of his testimonial campaign.

It is yet to be confirmed if the former Centurion will play for one club or both in the clash at Leigh Miners ground on Saturday, December 13, kick off 2pm.

Higham, a three-times Challenge Cup winner with Wolves has also represented St Helens, Wigan Warriors and Great Britain during a 15-year professional career.
