Road works have been causing problems for residents
IN response to Anthony Peers’ letter in the Journal, I also have to complain to Wigan Council about the loose stone chippings.
But this problem is not consigned to Nel Pan Lane, it is an issue throughout the Wigan borough roads.
I own a white Volkswagen Golf.
When I recently cleaned it I found black tar splash marks on both sides.
I have been quoted £25 to have these tar marks removed.
Will I be reimbursed?
